Appalachian Food Services Catering offers a wide range of services, from a formal dinner, to a coffee break, or an outdoor event.

The following information is provided to help you plan your special event. Much of what is offered by our catering department is listed here. However, please keep in mind this is merely a guide. Other items are available. Our Food Services Catering Coordinator can help you plan a menu designed to fit your needs. Appalachian Food Services is equipped to cater events large and small in your department, Plemmons Student Union, in our Food Services location in Welborn Hall, or anywhere else on campus.

Appalachian Food Services is dedicated to quality and professional service. It is our commitment to do everything we can to make your function as successful and enjoyable as possible. Appalachian Food Services Catering department is located in Welborn Hall.

Arrangements for special events may be made by calling 262-6143 from 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday. Our Catering Coordinator will be pleased to assist you in working out all the details of your function.

We also wish you to know that we have a chef on staff who is able to assist you in planning special events.
