The Cafeteria serves a full breakfast and a delicious lunch and dinner menu of entrees, salads, vegetables, and deserts, as well as homemade soups and sandwiches. Also included are a salad, potato, and soup bar.

NOODLE WORKS

Making custom pasta dishes began in Noodle Works in the fall of 2002, and we haven't stopped to take a break yet! Start with your choice of fresh sauteed vegetables, then toss in the pasta and sauce you like. You can also add chicken breast and breadsticks. We also offer personal stir-frys. There are many combinations, and everything is prepared fresh to order while you watch. You're the boss at Noodle Works!

Welborn Cafeteria is also home to the national chain, Chick-fil-A.

FOOD COURT

The Food Court, located in the lower level of Welborn Hall, offers a variety of delectable items located in separate "shops:"

• The Grill , which offers custom-made burgers and chicken sandwiches to tantalize the taste buds
• Homestyle Favorites, which offers a variety of home-cooked meals, such as:  casseroles, lasagna, checken tenders, and your choice of vegetables
• Sweets:  Homemade doughnuts, pastries, cakes, pies, and self-serve yogurt and candy
• Hoagies Sub Shop, which features fresh-baked sub rolls with your favorite meat selections and a variety of toppings
• Stone Willy's Pizza, which offers 6" personal pizzas, calzones, breadsticks, and variety of other favorites including dessert pizzas
• Salads Plus, which is a full-service salad bar, with a fruit bar, a self-serve wrap and taco section, homemade pastas, and dip desserts
• Meatless Munchies, for vegetarian items including veggie burgers, pasta entrees, and veggie casseroles
• Sushi made fresh daily

wrAPPS

wrAPPS provides students with a satisfying meal they can grab on the run. wrAPPS is located in Welborn Hall in the cafeteria. Our wraps come on a variety of 12-inch gourmet tortillas stuffed with tasty combinations and made while you wait.

ON THE LITE SIDE

On the Lite Side, which is located in the East Wing of Welborn Cafeteria, serves a different variety of low fat, reduced calorie, vegetarian, and vegan entrees daily.

SUSHI BAR

Adjoining The Lite Side in the east wing of Welborn Hall is Appalachian's premier sushi bar. Burmese chefs, employed with the company Sushi with Gusto, prepare fresh sushi daily. Additional outlets for this sushi on campus are: Cascades Cafe in the Plemmons Student Union, The Market in Trivette Hall and the Food Court in Welborn Hall.
