McAlister’s Deli is located on the second floor of Plemmons Student Union. When the folks at McAlister’s created their nearly 100 delectable menu items, they made them about twice the size you find elsewhere, from the double decker McAlister’s Club™ to the huge Idaho spuds to mountainous fresh green salads (prepared right when you order them) to McAlister’s Famous Sweet Tea™ in its not-so-dainty 32 oz. cup.
Cascades Café is located on the first floor of Plemmons Student Union and features Haagen-Dazs hand-dipped ice cream served in cones, milkshakes, sundaes, and banana splits. The Cascades Café offers deli sandwiches made to order and pre-made sandwiches to go. Also available are bakery items, such as homemade pastries, doughnuts and bagels. Fantastic Franks offers vegetarian dogs, Oscar Mayer fat free and regular dogs with homemade chili or vegetarian chili. Freshens Smoothie offers juice and yogurt based smoothies of your choice.
